General Information
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to our terms regarding delivery, shipping, and returns.
We use PostNord as our official delivery partner for all domestic and international shipments. All orders are sent with a trackable letter or parcel, depending on weight and destination.
Shipping Rates

Domestic (Sweden): 49 SEK – Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK

International: Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery information when placing an order.
Please make sure that your name, address, phone number, and email are accurate before completing your purchase.
If incorrect information is provided and the delivery cannot be completed as a result, we cannot be held responsible for any costs, delays, or failed deliveries.
Estimated Delivery Times
🇸🇪 Within Sweden
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
🇪🇺 Within Europe
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days
🌍 International (Outside Europe)
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on local postal services, customs clearance, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery time is calculated from the day the parcel is shipped, not from the order date.
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment via PostNord’s website or the local postal service in the destination country.
Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear while the parcel is in transit between countries.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees.
We have no control over these charges and cannot influence customs processing times.
If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment due to customs or local fees, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping and handling from any refund issued.

Uncollected Shipments
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the actual shipping and handling costs.
These costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
