Return Policy

We do not offer free return shipping. You are responsible for covering the cost of any returns.

Pickup: Please note that if your parcel is being held at a postal service point, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect it. Timoshine is not responsible for packages that are not collected and are returned to the sender.


We value our customers’ rights and would like to inform you about our return policy:

FOR SWEDEN (Return Conditions)

According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, provided that the product is unopened.

Since our scalp oil is considered a hygiene product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and unopened.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email photos to timoshine.naturalrise@gmail.com within 14 days to receive assistance with a replacement.


Refunds and Returns

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days.
We recommend carefully reading our Return Conditions to ensure all criteria are met for a full refund.

Return Policy for International Orders

General

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
By completing a purchase in our online store, you agree to these terms.


No Returns or Right of Withdrawal

Since our products are classified as hygiene items, the right of withdrawal or return does not apply under Section 11 of the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

This also applies if the customer changes their mind after delivery or no longer wishes to keep the product.


Unauthorized Returns

Any returns sent to us without prior approval or a valid claim will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own expense.


Customs and Fees

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.
These fees are non-refundable, even if a claim or complaint is approved.
